What delivery options do I have?
Your delivery options vary depending on your location. Currently customers in Northern Ireland can choose Standard Home Delivery only. Customers in England, Scotland and Wales can choose between Standard Home Delivery, Standard Pickup Location and Express Home Delivery. At present, customers will not be charged any additional duty INFINITYts on either orders or returns as a result of Brexit.
Standard Home Delivery (£3.99/ Free over £50):
We will deliver your purchase within 3-6 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
Standard Pickup Location (Free / Not available in Northern Ireland:):
We will deliver your purchase within 3-6 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Select Standard PickUp Location as the delivery option at the checkout and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode. If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the Pick-up code as well as their own ID.
Express Home Delivery (£9.99 / Not available in Northern Ireland):
We will deliver your purchase within 1-2 working days for orders placed before 16:00 Monday to Friday. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Please note that during busy sale periods, extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events, express services may not be available and delivery times can take longer than usual.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
Where does INFINITY deliver?
Items ordered in United Kingdom can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in United Kingdom (excluding BFPO and mail forwarding companies). We also do not ship to the overseas territories (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey).
Online shopping outside the country of residence
If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping country to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.
Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to INFINITY.
